The Corregidor Foundation
Without a figure of authority governing a place, chaos might result. That’s why the island of Corregidor has one of the richest historical sceneries in the whole of the Philippines – because of the Corregidor Foundation Inc. The CFI is a private corporation coordinated by the Department of Tourism and the Philippine Tourism Authority in the year of 1987. The Foundation’s sole purpose is to preserve the historical feel that is emitted by the place. Sun Cruises also assists the CFI in this mission.
